Black Garlic

Black garlic is made by fermenting regular fresh garlic for over a month, at a strictly controlled temperature and humidity. The resulting black garlic has a sweet, fruity flavor without any of the tartness and acidity of normal garlic. It's a healthy snack packed with antioxidants, a flavorful cooking ingredient, and so incredibly good for you! 
Can be eaten raw, added to soups and stocks, or pureed into a yummy dip. 
At Myay Farms, we grow our own garlic on healthy soil without any pesticides or fertilizers and ferment the fresh garlic on site.
