Crispy Oyster Mushroom
Lovingly prepared by Phyo Phyo and Htay Win (aka our favourite handyman) with their secret recipe.
Using Htay Win's home-grown oyster mushrooms, ginger, garlic and sesame seeds, the mushroom is fried until golden and crispy. This goes along so well with steam rice and pasta - just sprinkle some on top of your dish and it makes all the difference! ;)
We also take back empty jars for Phyo Phyo to reuse. :)
