Kokkoya Vegan Cheese


Whatever you call it- cheese or cashew spread - this is delicious!

We love it on toast, on a platter with crackers, as a creamy pasta sauce or some of us just eat it by the slice/spoon.

We finalized the recipe in September but it took a while to find the right packaging. We are excited to finally share it with you.

Ingredients: cashew nut, garlic powder, lime juice, nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, rice flour, water, oil, salt, dani syrup. Flavouring- smoked chilli or black pepper.
