Spicy and juicy curry paste inspired by Pakistani curries cooked at home.
How to make a simple curry?
-Get a few spoons of the paste
- Cook the paste in a little oil over medium to low hear to allow its flavours to fully develop
- Slowly mix in water to your desired consistency on low heat
- Add vegetables/meat/tofu/halloumi. Simmer!
- Garnish with herbs mint/coriander or sprinkle garam masala (optional)
- Season with salt if needed.
