It’s time to talk about your gut health.  Lacto-fermentation is the process in which natural bacteria convert sugar and starch into lactic acid.  This process not only preserves the food, but it creates beneficial enzymes, vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, and various probiotics.  And it tastes deliciously sour!

At Sprouts, we continue to experiment with different vegetable combinations (depending on what is in season and sometimes what Kokkoya has in excess), so this product will vary from month to month.  Please provide feedback so that we know which kinds you like best.
