It's tomato harvest season! <3
Our farmers are harvesting a lot of delicious ripe tomatoes and we are thinking hard of ways to preserve them.
This is what we come up with! Sweet & sour natural ketchup made from real tomatoes (it takes about 1 kg of fresh tomatoes to produce one jar of ketchup!).
Other ingredients are brown sugar, salt, white vinegar, a little bit of chilli powder and lots of our cafe chef Myint Myint Khin's patience! ;)
