Farmers leading the way to regenerate Myanmar’s soils

The Healthy Soils Movement by Kokkoya supports farmers across Myanmar to rebuild soil life, track change, and share knowledge for a regenerative future.

Real Farmers. Real Change. Real Soil.

Across Myanmar, farmers are testing their soils each month; digging, counting, observing, and sharing what they find. Together, they form the Healthy Soils Movement: a growing network learning how to restore the land from the ground up.

The Healthy Soils Dashboard brings their journey to life. It shows real changes happening in real fields such as the return of earthworms, better water holding and stronger root systems. Each update reflects the care and curiosity of the farmers leading the way toward regeneration.

Mapping Myanmar’s Organic Input Producers

Healthy soil starts with healthy inputs. Across Myanmar, small producers are making compost, biochar, ferments, and other natural amendments that nourish the land. Through our Organic Input Mapping project, we’re bringing their work into view, creating a shared map of where these producers are, what they make, and how they’re helping farmers transition to regenerative agriculture.
