Delivery & Ordering
In order to serve the freshest vegetables, reduce our waste and cut down on transport we have an order cut-off time of 12pm on Tuesday.
This means we can place orders with our farmer network on Tuesday afternoon, they harvest on Wednesday morning and the produce travels in cold chain overnight to our packing room on Thursday.
Orders made before 12pm on Tuesday will be delivered that week on Thursday or Friday (customer choice). Orders made after the cut-off time will be delivered the following week.
Delivery Times & Fee
We currently offer delivery on Thursday afternoon/evening, Friday mornings and Friday afternoon/evening.
We will call before to confirm delivery and inform you of any items that are unavailable. Please make sure you provide us with a correct phone number.
Our delivery fee is 4,000mmk.
Farm Collection & Grocery Store
Customers are able to collect orders from the farm directly. Just add a note to your order letting us know which day you would like to collect, keeping in mind the above information of produce being freshest and ready on Thursdays and Fridays.
Our grocery store on site is open Wednesday to Sunday.
Our website does not support online payments but we do accept cash, local bank transfers and e-wallets. Please get in touch to let us know your preferred payment method.
If you need special items or a different delivery time, please get in touch. We are always happy to help if we can. :)
Reordering / Repeating an order
We now offer the option to reorder your last order with us. Simply head to your account where you will see all your previous orders listed. Click the 'Reorder' next to your Order #. You are then able to adjust the quantities or remove certain items before adding to cart. It is possible to continue shopping and add other items before checking out. Get in touch if you have any issues.
Benefits of an order cut-off and set delivery days?
1. Vegetables from our farmer network are harvested to order and sent with a cooler truck arriving every Thursday. This helps us achieve much better quality produce. (Usually we would need to use a bus service and this means vegetables are not stored at the best temperature and occasionally arrive completely damaged.)
2. Less fuel used! Reducing our Aung Mingalar bus station trips to once a week and limiting our time spent delivering in Yangon is going to be great for the planet.
3. Less waste! Using a pre-order system means that farmers only harvest and send what we know is already sold. We are pretty good at limiting our waste already by turning un-sold vegetables into cafe products, team meals and as a last resort the compost but we think its worth reducing more. Pre-ordering also means we can supply orders more consistently.
4. Team time. We would like our team to attend more trainings and having set delivery days and subsequently free time on the non-delivery days means they can spend time learning and hopefully improve our service to you even more. :)
Thank you so much for your support and understanding. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
