Halloumi is a semi-hard un-ripened cheese which has a high melting point and can easily be
grilled or fried.
We are so excited to be partnering with U Htun Htun, a local cheesemaker/expert who’s
been in his cheese-making family business for over two decades. Using very specific local
breed (free range/organic), he’s able to produce one of the finest quality Halloumi.
No added preservatives and made fresh to order everyday.
