Homemade Kimchi

Lovingly prepared by Phyo Phyo and Htay Win (aka our favourite handyman) with their secret recipe.
Using fresh ingredients and Phyo Phyo's carefully hand-roasted, hand-pounded chili powder from her village, this kimchi has won the hearts of many of our frequent customers at the farmers market! 
Mild (not too spicy) and sour, the farmers are eating them straight out of the jars... :P
