Prepared by a local tomato farmer using fully ripe Shan tomatoes to prevent waste. Cooked and preserved for everyday use.

Available in two flavours:

• Original – 100% organic Shan tomatoes, no added ingredients

• Italian Herb Infused – Shan tomatoes with added herbs

Suitable as a base for a variety of dishes.

Use & Storage

• Best for: pasta, shakshuka, stews, casseroles

• Store unopened in a cool, dry place

• Refrigerate after opening and consume within a few days
