Crafted in northern Shan State near the Nanhsan region using traditional fermentation methods. Carefully prepared to achieve a balanced flavour profile—sweet, slightly sour, tangy and gently bitter. Commonly enjoyed as a snack or used in tea leaf salads.

  • Best for: tea leaf salad, toppings, snacks

  • Can be mixed with nuts, seeds or garlic oil
