If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing please inform Kokkoya before delivery of your condition.

On delivery day:

1. If paying by cash, please prepare an envelope with the correct amount of cash before delivery
2. Write down on the envelope your: name, order number, amount of cash
3. When the delivery team arrives you will get a call
4. Delivery will place the packages on a location for you to pick up (it will not be handed over)
5. Please place your payment envelope in the collection basket of the delivery team
6. After you have stored your packages please wash your hands.
