Welcome to Kokkoya Organics. Kokkoya Co., Ltd and team provides services subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.


Order and Delivery Terms

Most of the produce and products on our online shop are harvested/produced to order.

Order deadline on the shop is Sunday 8 pm for delivery the following week.

Orders placed after Sunday will be processed and delivered the week after.

Packaging comes as plastic-free as we can make it. 

Farm Members receive free shipping if they choose a month subscription box that month and use the code "Member" on checkout.

Your delivery day depends on your location in Yangon.

Thingangyun, Yankin, Tamwe, downtown or Star City (Eastern Yangon) delivery is Wednesday.

Bahan or Golden Valley delivery is Thursday.

Sanchaung, Hlaing, Insein or Pun Hlaing (Western Yangon) delivery is Friday.

Kokkoya reserves the right to assign delivery day to an order depending on the routes and conditions available. 


Payment Terms


Direct online payments with international cards (VISA, Master) are currently not available for our store. 

We accept cash, e-wallets transfers (KBZ Pay/CB Pay/AYA Pay/One Pay/Wave Pay) and local bank transfers (KBZ bank/CB Bank/AYA Bank). 

After you place an order, an instant confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please note that this is not the final confirmation of your order.
We check all the orders and make necessary edits on Monday. Final order confirmation and invoices will be emailed on Tuesday morning with payment details.

 

Farm Memberships

These are bought annually and are non-refundable. Free delivery is available to members who have purchased that months Vegetable Subscription. During check out, members should enter the discount code "Member".

Refunds

If Kokkoya cannot fulfill items in an order we will issue an refund.
Refunds will be primarily issued as store credits (Refund/Discount Codes). 

For Members these will be "(first name)RF" and be topped up throughout the month. They will automatically include 5,000mmk to include the "Member" code free shipping.

We will email with the items and amount and offer a discount code sent out by Friday afternoons.

Product Satisfaction and Returns Policy

Your items are non-refundable except in special circumstances where you are dissatisfied with our products or service. If you are dissatisfied with your produce/products take a photo and contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of the items so we can discuss an appropriate resolution with you. Due to the logistical difficulties of returning fresh produce, we prefer to offer a replacement or seek an alternative solution where possible.
