Made using natural sourdough fermentation and baked fresh to order. Usually topped with cherry tomatoes; when not in season, topped with potato or onion. The wood oven and natural fermentation mean flavour, texture and appearance may vary slightly from week to week.
Please allow time between order and baking, as sourdough requires slow fermentation.
