Made from treasured jade Burmese pineapples, this Monsoon special edition jam celebrates one of Myanmar’s most prized fruits. We slowly roast the pineapples to deepen their natural sweetness before cooking in small batches with sugar, lemon and a touch of smoked salt. The result is a rich preserve with bright flavours, gentle caramel notes and a delicate savoury finish.
