About This Product

Made using natural sourdough fermentation and baked fresh to order. Crusty exterior with a soft, open crumb and mild tang from slow fermentation. As each loaf is naturally leavened and wood-fired, shape and colour may vary slightly from week to week.

Please allow time between order and baking, as sourdough requires slow fermentation.

Use & Storage

  • Best enjoyed fresh on the day of baking

  • Suitable for: sandwiches, toast, serving with meals

  • Store in a paper bag or wrapped in cloth

  • Slice and freeze for longer storage
