Chickpea & Eggplant Salad
Corn Ribs
Using corn and coriander from our farm, this easy recipe proved a favorite with the team and the corn disappeared very quickly once out of the oven. We have been testing growing corn in monsoon and while it is not very healthy we have still been able to harvest and its been very sweet.
Potato Masala Curry
A simple vegetable curry that is perfect for using whatever vegetables are in season. In the video we use potato and green peppers but these could easily be substituted for cauliflower, pumpkin or even beetroot.
Tofu + Carrot Fritters
An easy recipe that never fails to satisfy. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside these fritters pair well with a tamarind dipping sauce. Extra flavour comes from using whatever herbs are in season - parsley, coriander, tarragon, basil or dill.
Steamed Cabbage Rolls
Wondering what to do with those cabbages? This recipe is fun to make with kids as the leaves are used to roll up a delicious filling. Our recipe uses asian flavour but you could easily substitute them for Italian herbs and a tomato sauce with cheese.
Tomato Halloumi Curry
One of our favorite people Chef Trish allowed us to film this video of her own recipe. Its so delicious that we now offer it as a special in our farm cafe too. Halloumi pairs so well with tomato and this curry can be made as spicy (or not spicy) as you like.
Lima Bean Curry
Lima beans, like many other legumes, are a good source of dietary fiber, and a virtually fat-free source of high-quality protein. They are a versatile kitchen ingredient and can be made into numerous tasty and healthy dishes.
Spinach Noodles
Ravioli Cime Di Rapa
Pumpkin Shoots Salad
Pumpkin shoots or pumpkin tendrils are the tips of a pumpkin vine and are a delicious green to cook at home. If they are not avaiable they could be substituted with sweet potato leaves, chayote shoots or any other greens.
